Reception Events or Notes:

Will there be a Bouquet/Garder event:

It is necessary to seat Neil & assistant(s) with the guests, in proximity to the 'action' - be that the dance floor or head table so that Neil can eat while staying at the ready for spontaneous events that happen.

It is also imperative that Neil eats as the same time as the bride and groom. As Neil's photography is different from other photographer's his needs are different than a caterer or event host may recognize. It is not acceptable for him to be seated in a different or back room and to eat after everyone because he would be eating during your cake cutting and might not know it. This preference nothing to do with his manners or etiquette, but simply as the bride an groom are eating - there's not much need to photograph them so its the best time for Neil to get a bite. When the bride and groom finish and they begin to greet their guests, Neil will be photographing again and so needs to be on the same schedule.

Really though, Neil works tirelessly and attentively for 12hr days and the only real way to get him grumpy is to starve him
